The truck in Springfield will easily halve the amount of gas you spend per trip.

The house(s) are mostly if you have a lot of silver to throw away on generating some free ammo and bandages.

in the long run, sure its an investment
house is type save up materials which by I mean supplies, for house will provide you ammo and medical bandages, but they will pitch you in next house a 15k house for luxurius house for you get more ammo, medical items and new station drug station. Keep this in mind you have to upgrade your station to able get more ammo, medic supplies, and drug station (only in the big house). For every one these station give you 1 hour to get a single supply which ammo give you 50 for 5.56mm bullet, 50 for 7.76mm bulelt, 100 for 9mm bullets and do not exspect that you don't have to pay slot for these station they require slots if you going be like afk or doing missions which it requires you to pay it for these DO NOT STACK ON TOP EACH OTHER for this goes the same thing for the medic and drug station, so you have to pay the stock piles slot for items show up and yes you can reduce timing if you got the money.

Getting the truck can provide the help you need to reduce gas, larger tank gas, move faster to your mission and provide more...camo...(I do not understand why a truck has camo has more then the bike does -_- the logic is stupid).

Either way pick your death pills
Ok thanks for the information, I guess I'll just buy the car
Even if you have the $10 steam edition (with unlimited gas), the car upgrades can help speed up fast travelling a bit between different locations. This means less time waiting on the map screen if you are impatient.

ChaoticGamer is correct that the house isn't worth buying. Now, if the ammo generated were rockets, energy cells, grenades, or even advanced ammo types, then it might be worthwhile, but regular 7.62mm and 5.56mm ammo is very common (I have almost 10k of each type, despite exclusively using automatic 5.56x45mm weapons from the end of Springfield onward) as drops from regular zombies.

And since the next update will probably add some new weapons, save your silver for more useful things like Open World base upgrades and new weapons.
ok thanks Vathek1
Moving on to another topic, does anyone know if the advantage of talking with animals unlocks extra missions?

Indeed, it does unlock around three extra missions and a random event (the Holy Hen). Unless I have missed something on my playthrough, there's one mission in the forest area and two in Springfield.

Also note that the "Nothing" perk gives you an extra perk point when you unlock it ;).
OK thanks Vathek1
I imagined the perk NOTHING, but as it was also possible that it was rarely nothing I have not taken it

The house is a extremely good investment in the long run because it generates unlimited amounts of bandages and ammo of whatever kind.

VERY useful. It saves you money in the long run.
