I found this while I was traveling for I thought this is an easter egg with loot but nope just giant skeleton dragon lizard or just giant mutated zombie lizard.

I know, but I think they want us to be enspire believed in dragon unless this is pose to be SCP ref meaning "there will be dragon" and mix of Plague Doc.

You know, there are some other unusual events which make me wonder about the giant skeleton. There's the giant radioactive footprint... which makes me wonder if we'll ever get to fight whatever created that mark.

Also, a radioactive, undead dragon would make one hell of a boss!

we already have giant zombie monster that is mutant zombie, then we did got zombie worm and giant zombie worm monster for it isn't impossible for we can get giant zombie lizard more likely I don't think it is a dragon but the same time could be is.

this is only when you start doing travel which the skeleton is found in the desert stage area that 4th city, this one is event to be in actived which you have to travel a lot.
