Issue with get to third floor and backup files

For the Springfield global mission of go to springfield, speak to doctor Andrew, save city from zombies, save ruby and then get to 3rd floor to backup files and find out next location of science base. There is no mission or waypoint for these 2 final ones, I have nothing left to do and am currently level 40. If this is a bug that's preventing me from continuing im gonna be quite pissed since i spent $10 on this game getting the chuck norris pack (no refunds, how nice...). Seems on youtube many others have this issue and no one seems to have a solution.

Try to do the rest of the side missions maybe that will unlock the next part of the quest .

i didnt have any side missions. I restarted my game and then i had a new side quest. I guess every now and then a bug requires a restart.

the issue was fixed, just required a restart one time and validating files another. :)

did you validate your game files? i think thats what fixed it for me during this bug, the side quest was a simple restart this one actually required me to validate files and find corrupted file.
