Thor's hammer random encounter

Has anyone encountered this event before? It must have been added in todays update, the question is, how can I take it with me? The encounter itself had a %2 chance of avoiding, there were 2 lab zombies and 2 hazmat suited ones.

100 Karma doesn't help, 200 points in Melee weapons doesn't help either. My current idea is maybe you need level 100 or more to get it. If somebody can approve or disapprove on this idea would be great.

Im level109 and it say Im not worthy to carry this hammer. So I disapprove it.

Somehow I belive this is just a scam. No one worthy for Thor's Hammer except Thor himself and the truehearth Captain America.

Nosteru, but we play as "Chosen One", who is "controlled by Gods (Players)", so I guess somehow we can get it. Just need some time for community to find out how.

I got it, i just kept trying over, over and over again, i think its useless, because you can't do anything with it, you can only sell it for 8000, hope they will add something useful to use it

Melee weapons - 20
My character level - 109

I tried to grab this hammer 103 times in a row (had to use several bandages and other health regen foods), but I havent got it.
Even with bad RNG this is too much.

What is your stats?

Update: I havent started the final story mission yet. Only finished the new sidequests in Springfield and City of the Sun. Im thinking that maybe we become worthy after finish the story? Have you alreadyfinished the story quest when you got the hammer?

Well when I got it I hadn't finished story yet.

I think I just had a big luck, I was trying it for about 5 mins, wasted about 200+ hp that's not too much...

My stats:
Level 87
Karma 49
Melee weapons 20

But I don't think it depends on any stats...

Not working for me either. Have come across it a couple of times and almost depleted my health trying both times.
It's either random or bugged. Don't think it has anything to do with stats.
