Guns with extra power

I want to obtain the most damaging gun i can lay my hands on, But I dont know how i can get better offers in the shop. Do i need to have higher power? or higher levels? i dont know

I dont think the random Power boost depending on your level. The Evil Scar get an extra +54 Power boost at a character level and above. This is a fixed number so it have 177 Power and 50 damage. This is the biggest damage auto rifle (non-laser weapon) but quite slow fire rate. You cant go wrong with this if you realy want to buy a shop gun. However if we count DPS then probably a good rolled P90 (like 210+ Power with 28 damage) for 1200 Gold can be better as this have 50 bullets on mag and can increase to 65 while it shoot bullets crazy fast upgraded, like 0,04s, you basicaly not shoot but cut/saw with this little monster.

I want to get high powered weapons like those but i dont know how to obtain them, because the offers i get are quite bad, if its a matter of how far you are in the story, my old save file has a character that already had completed the story as of now. but still get bad weapon offers. its currently level 81. and yours is 91 if i remember correctly, so maybe it is a matter of levels, in my new save file my character hasnt completed the story yet and has a lower level but has a higher power level than my first save file. still bad offers, so maybe it is level based. or that its a combination of levels, power and story progression, who knows

The weapon offers highly varied with extra power. I can say you just have bad luck. For example the P90 above 210 power I only seen 3 times so far while I check shop like 8x times a day on every reset since the Northtown part 2 update. Only the developer know what is the highest power of a specific gun. Some never get any boost like the Kar98 4000 and Alien Rifle and also the Evil Scar have a fixed 177 Power (+54). Some weapon not show up in shop if you are high level or finished the story like the new Kar98 Gold and Raptor SMG, I never seen them, I dont even know how they look like. I only listed the Kar98 Gold because a player shared its stats.

Yes, it's Kark98 Golden... Idk if it's one of the famous Alda Games Typo bug again or not...

P90 is my Fav. I call it the "Bullet Hose"... especially completely upgraded (I haven't gotten the extra rounds yet).

Once you finished City of the Sun, you wouldn't want to go to Northtown just yet if you want to buy Kar98 Gold, because its highest power and stats (114 + 35 power including increased damage) would show up all the time and doesn't change at all

OMG, it look badass! Why why why I cant buy this (neither the Raptor SMG) as lvl96 with all story finished?! I even miss the AK47 Dictator Edition.
Alda Games please extend the shop. Im a PC player I like to browsing from many guns, not just those limited 10 (only 6 show) every hour. Damnit!

Yeah that is my prefered gun. I even tried a 1200 Gold very good rolled Power 211 version. 28 damage 0,04s AS and 65 bullets in mag. It melted down those bulletsponge big doublespitter monsters. It is crazy, it cut/saw enemies.
