Umm as I remember you can find it in Springfield, where are the tents and one of the Trader.

There is a HUGE green arrow telling you where the grass is. How could you missed it?

Once I missed it also as there was no indicator for the quest at all.

i found it 2 second after the quest, didn't see any new quest on the map, i did all the quest around me, and when i came back, whitout grass, i asked on here, 2 sec after the post was written (not publicated) i found it
