I'm 100% sure this is the best way to solve the problem.
There is no longer an "cheats detected" in this game since the latest update, at the very least i didn't get it with cheat engine.
There is nothing wrong with people that are open to cheat if they so wish too! after all it is a single player game and is offline playable which means no one is harmed by another person using any kind of cheating which is in fact fine for offline playable single player games

yeah its quite stupid really it feels like just a cash grab trap. can't cheat so u are expected to buy from the in game store id rather it be sold for a set ammount and the anti cheat removed its single player like FFS. theres no PVP at all.
