WTF are you suppose to do?
All the maps but one are locked. This pisses me off royally. I can't fly anything freestyle.

So okay, I understand this is a racing game, with a bizarre unlock mentality, so let's give it a chance.

I try to complete the first race (?) to maybe unlock more maps that I already paid for, but I fly the very first track and go through all the gates and go into this box and hit a rubber wall, the quad falls, then stops, and the level resets? WTF? I can't even get past the first race.

Is there a flag or gate or switch or something I am suppose to hit along the way to make the rubber wall disappear in the box so I can finish the track and the race?

Note that this is on the very first race / map ever on a brand new fresh install. I can't even get to race #2.

you an easily make 9 props for example reaching 3/5 props on the very first track (which is straight-turn-straight and takes 15 seconds) with the 3 drone types.
You can even do that in arcade mode, using a keyboard
total = 9 props and all environments unlocked

it shouldn't take you more than 5 minute

If you care about racing it's of course more challenging to unlock all the tracks, but that's the same in nearly every racing game on the market

The race course paths and markers are hard to follow... light blue ghostly or yellow color... against a blue sky... there seems to be no way to change them in the settings to something more high visible like pink or lime green.
Agree. But! Track is easy to unlocking... or not so easy... It is needs more practice.

For arcade or other flight modes unlocking tracks possible easier.
Don't forget that these are the simplest tracks in the game. It will be very difficult further...

Suggest set game play to "Arcade" to start. As you repeat each track you earn more points (props). Then more tracks will open for you.:steamhappy:
Props give for overcoming a certain barrier in time, not for trying

Assuming that you're in Time Attack, after completing a race, you should see the results screen and it will show you how many props you have earned. Then go back to the main menu and the next track should be available. If you're not seeing the results screen when you get to the last gate, then you may have missed a gate along the way. If you're sure you're following the track correctly but it's not ending, then that would be a bug that we've not seen before.

Reading this again, if you were in Freeflight mode, then that behaviour is correct. While the track and gates are present in the freeflight maps, they are not active and there is no race timing. Play in Time Attack mode to unlock the tracks.
freestyle dosnt work in arcade you have to change your controllsettings to acro

I just want to fly all the maps free style in Acro, no time limit, no battery limit, no competitors, no gates, no nothing... just the map... is that so hard to ask for? Pick a map, pick a quad, and go.

I stopped playing it, it's too frustrating to figure out what you are suppose to do next. There's no clear progression from a finished race to the next.

The worse part is I can't follow those translucent ghost track trails... they are easy to lose along the way... and then you are off course, and really lost, and have no idea which gate to go through next. Particularly on tracks where you have to suddenly veer up in a power loop and go through some gate way up high.

Maybe if you could cconfigure and change the ghost trail color to super hot pink, or lime green, or a shifting rainbow color so it was visible no matter what background.

I don't care about points, I don't care about times, I don't care about unlocks, I don't care about gates, I don't care about competitors. I don't want any of that in there. Just let me pick any map and fly it.

Call it Choppergirl Mode or whatever where everything is unlocked and nobody else is in the game. You know, for girls, don't like all that competition testosterone ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I played multiplayer FPS shooters for 10 years and dominated top of the dogpile... I'm done with that. Now I just want to fly around alone and be left alone and forget :-) No racing people, no shooting people, no power ups, no unlocks, no nonsense. Just the sheer joy of flight.

hello,
tracks are unlocked progressively as you play in time attack mode. The intention is to gently guide new pilots to start from the easy tracks and progress toward the harder ones without getting lost.
This is why we made it extremely easy to collect enough props to unlock all tracks.

that said we understand your point of view and appreciate your feedback

ps: try again now, i've added a manual override

So is it possible to unlock all? i just need a sim to train tricks. I don't want to play races.
unlocking - playing time attack on 3-4 EASY tracks on 3 classes drones... 20-30 hours for me for open all tracks)
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
