How Do You Move From PC To Mobile

Downloaded the game again after a long time and really enjoyed it, helped kill time in between jobs, so I downloaded the game onto my phone thinking that I might have been able to somehow import my character from STEAM, which there is. I go to do this but then it asks for a password before importing the character, I type in the password for my STEAM and it says incorrect so i try a few other passwords I've used in the past and it didn't work. Tried going into the PC to change the account itself to Facebook like you can use to log in on the phone but there's no option to do so.
Anyone else out there that's managed to import their character?
