concerning the objets bought to the Merchant :

can we have fews objects permanents or if we buy a second , the first object disappears?

Speed and money boosts are permanent. If you buy the speed for boost your seats, you won't lose them anymore. Of course you can also have different boosts, for example a speed boost for your seats and one for your popcorn stands.

The only boost not permanent is the "skip time" boost to fast-forward the game for 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days and gain money with only one click.

Was about to ask about the merchant and make a new post, i sat on last few minutes of the timer i assume was a cool down for each purchase. The issue is it added another 19 hours, is it because it goes down 1 on the list and if i'm past it does it reset the timer? starting to think it is cycling down until it matches with where i am at to do next purchase.

The merchant is only active for an hour and offers you an boost but only one. If you buy it, you won't be able to buy another boost that day.

He will visit you again in 20 hours.
