I recommend 'rushing' any Octave/Chasm missions. These will grant you some more furniture (w/ storage) and carry space. Early game is just mission running (Howard, Huxley, Algeron L2 sell furniture) and gathering stuff you can sell that day / gold items due to the inventory issues. Mid/Late game is more of the same with added inventory to store stuff for the appropriate sales day.
The story is decent, but most people never see the end of it.
Do Octave and the Chasm's missions as soon as you can, as well as Huxley the large furniture guy. Chasm gives condo size and inventory slots, the other two give inventory furniture as rewards. While dressers are expensive and the credit system prevents you from grinding too much cash early on, it's all about knowing what containers to loot for quests.
Search houses for keys, learn where it opens, and hit that place every round you can. This is how you get gold items quickly. With the Museum and Church keys being the most reliable. Otherwise learn where the loot of the day for Octave is and hit that place. the warehouse and offices are generally good places to get items Octave wants.
I didnt go after any specific loot except gold items, i made 250k + bought extra pot (so i have 2 in total) i'm on day 11.
Does it even make sense to play this single player?
It is already very repetitive and boring and pretty much depends on luck. I will consistently do 10ish nights without dying.
I always go out and do all quests and tasks before i let the character sleep.
Another super annoying thing is for example this guy that needs 2 granades, i found one and its been 5-6 runs that i could not find any more... i wasted all my police station keys, visited both station and storage and i just cant find another one.
Is single player always repetitive and boring like this? shall i just let it and try multiplayer?
