I doubt even the guy who made this knows what's going on in his game.

I think some basic things are
*the little girl is not human
*in the ending where she grabs the gun and shoots the red haired boy, when it pans down to the ground off the balcony, it looks like shes on the ground dead.
*the tree might have taken other people or family member's lives, seeing how big the house is, and there only being two people living there.
*the tree might also be the person telling the player what to do, for example, when they say things like, go outside and get the door.. etc.

what i've conclude is that the girl came back to life in order to get a revenge:
-when you go outside you can find a newspaper talking about a burgler who killed a girl
-in the secret code ending you can watch the tv where you can see a red head person presented in the news report (as if he has commited a crime)

by that i 've concluded that the girl is the victim of the burgler who has red hair, so in order to get revenge she has made a pact of some sort so she can get back to life in order to kill the burgler son, you can deduce it by trying to invite the blond girl in your house then getting as a reply that "she's not part of the agreement".

yeah i forgot to mention that at the end when trying to kill the boy by her own hand she just became what she hated that's why she seems to be punished by relive her own death or something like that

Could it have been that she accidently shot herself or possibly inflicted herself, where the boy could have run out of the house after the pact, she accidently locked her room and inflicted herself hence she decided to kill herself knowing she wouldn't make it.

There are a few possibilities that would take place whether the killing was due to loneliness, revenge or simply a psychopath.

I think i figured it out, the key word would have been past.

She was already dead living in the past disillusioned and deranged in hoping to kill the red head boy before he killed her not knowing why he was there in the first place. :)

This is exactly what I was thinking. The girl even mentioned the red haired man in her diary and that she was very scared to be left alone. Apparently the man had been stalking her several days before what happened according to the newspaper.

I didn't really play but I read up on it and I think I can deduct that you are probably right.
I read in the tools.txt that the ending scene (the shooting) is the final scene and everything before that is a pre-quel to it and I simply believe that the roles were reversed as part of her imagination which is why she was the one found dead instead of the little boy. as for everything else I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue

When someone can't let go of their past, they keep relecting back on how many possibilities they could determine or predict it their way, but in reality, their fate is already concluded.

The girl was deranged, up till that point where she wanted to kill the boy, but she wasn't meant to commit it but the boy himself, hence the the pact followed by the rope tied to the tree.

I'm still trying to work out another section of how she knew something was in a particular place or was it just a coincidence that it was part of how the story unfolded or basically her plan on how it was carried out eventually. And also there was a "What If" area but I figure that did not work out overall.

So, it is very bizarre

I think that pink one is killed by robber, and brown one is the robber's youth. Pink one can live only that part of her life again and again, and only by killing the boy by tree she can gain what she wants. And if the killing fails, she kills him like the way she was killed(when she kill the boy the word mom save me comes out in pink), but it doesn't changes the fact that she was killed. So she will try again and again.

How can one not know what they initially planned out. Of course the developer knows otherwise the game and the story within would not have been made in the first place.

Well, my friend watched an anime that went into a flashback, never came out of the flashback, & ended in the flashback.

I don't think that that was more family members, there is only two roons and two chairs at the kicthen.
(And when she says to the boy "come play with us" she might have been talking about the dark shadowns tha are shown to us later in the game at the backyard.
