Fullscreen Mode Hangs On Unity Splash Screen, Alt Tab Breaks Game.

I keep hearing this is a Unity problem but honestly I've played dozens of Unity games and this game seems to be the only outlier. I just want to play in Fullscreen but this is really fighting me here.

I got it to work, for some reason the game hangs at the Unity splash screen if you switch from Windowed to Fullscreen and don't swap out the resolution settings - figured I'd miss that.

The tabbing in and out is still a huge issue though, which as I said, I understand is a Unity issue.
