How does it compare to Skate 3?

It's a very very different game. You only have the simulation in SXL, the controls are very satisfying and more realistic. You don't have any objectives to do and it's full chilling

But you have to know that the basic game is a piece of *hit, the mods community did so much to put this game on the top, instead the studio works very slowly and mostly against the community.

It take time to get and configure all this mods but the game is worth it when you're ready !
So if you don't have any pc to play (and not a melted one), I don't recommend this game

It is different, you control each foot by using both stick, there is a lot of freedom about how you perform tricks, you can add your own style

EA SKATE is like a triple A with budget, Skater XL is more like in indie game.
I think the gameplay is awesome, and you can Mod the game to male it very realist or very arcade.

Different gameplay, I think there is an option to play like EA Skate (one stick to make trick)

Animation are less free than Skater XL, but you can also contro both feet using both stick

Both game are good, it depends on what you want and your budget

!00%. All the people still hating on this game LOVE to lurk around and stay active in the community whilst still farming hundreds of hours from a game they claim to despise. Its really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic to be honest, they're just mad snot-nosed crybabies choosing to be shaken up about the developers not catering every single update to their liking.

Its a shame really because these children really damage the image of such a great game by constantly bashing/crying on every form of SkaterXL media. They willingly bought the game and started to cry when the updates didnt come rolling in weekly with a bonus massage & blowjob. Cant satisfy this community for ♥♥♥♥ so might as well give up, I dont blame EDS for their silence whatsoever I would do the same.
