'Double Flips'

sometimes they work, sometimes it does a forward flip too.
is there a sure way of doing it or is like hit or miss?
if i do it high pop it mostly messes up.
when i try low pop i obiously get more of a double kickflip for example, but its very slow.
i tried xxlmod and editing flipspeed but i cant seem to nail it cleanly.
any tips are appreciated.

Same here it's always doing forward flips. I'm playing with a PS3 controller I thought it was because of my controller but apparently it does that to many people but it's strange that there's not much discussion going on about this issue nor do I see people doing double flips in the game.

i can do them off a big jump, i skate goofy so left stick down, release it and then put the right straight to the right. it just doesnt flip quickly, no matter how fast i do it or how fast i set the flip speed in the mod.

I tried big jumps before but it's still doing forward flips no matter if I high pop or not. There was a few times where I did double flips but it's random. Maybe there is something wrong with the controllers sensivity because I'm doing the exact same movement as a flip or as it's shown in the challenges.

For a double flip, if you're flicking up and to the side, it'll push the board more forward and look weird. Try pushing striaght left or right for the flick and see if that works. Might even need to move the flick slightly back and to the side. That should help the board stay level during the rotation. Took me a little bit to figure that one out myself!

ive tried every angle, also backwards. its weird that the board sometimes does what you want and sometimes not, even tho you do the exact same thing.

Dumb question, but how fast are you flicking your stick? From what I can tell the speed at which you flick the stick used for the kickflip also relates to how fast your character does the kickflip in the game.

im flicking it like its a flacid pp and i just completed a nofap challenge my guy.
