Skate 4 just got announced. Unless these Devs are commited they are going to have a hard road ahead. GL SKATER XL

i don't agree. skate 4 will do well for sure but for people who have been playing skater xl and session going back to the skate controls feels way too off. i love skate but i try to play 3 now and i keep trying to use both sticks and feel like i can't play skate well anymore.

It's not even about that, try doing a kickflip down a ten stair or even 15 stair. It ends like two steps up and the rest of the way is just him falling.
In here you can control the speed of the board flipping. So much different.

Even fast tricks die out after so long, At least skaterXL PC has a decent modding community so can always find fresh content.

Shows how little you know about the skate franchise, Skate 3 was a cult success but not a comercial one, After activision left the skating scene so did EA, This is purely a cash grab after seeing so many other extreme sports game's becoming successful enough to turn a profit or atleast break even>

EA will probably shower this game with a cosmetic storefront or some kind of seasonal pass to unlock new brands/skater's
Be prepared to sacrifice your left testicle to skate as Eric Koston but then dont forget to sacrifice the right one so you can get his golden hat
