If 4 comes out on PC Skater XL will cease.
But it's still EA. That means there's still a great chance they mess up a lot..
We'll see.
GL XL
fans wanted a new skate for ages and ea did ignore us
now with the "unexpected success" of session and skater xl they announce a new skate game
same goes for tony hawk
also i dont expect anything less than a microtransaction riddled mess from ea
THIS x10!
It would also depend on how the games feel. I personally thought the Skate games got worst each time after the first one. The second one was coo. I didn't even buy the third one after playing the demo for a while. I just didn't like how it felt. Was some kind of weird floaty thing and the grinds felt like some weird weightless no resistance feeling. The first one felt like the character had some weight and the gravity felt like it was at a great spot. Wasn't floaty or overwhelming.
Be cool to see some halfpipes and bowls in this game (SXL). But as of know, it looks like there's no animations for air tricks and this is pretty much focused on street skating. Which is cool. Would still like to hit some very every now and then, heheh.
Also EA: but we got em on skate 4
