I'm getting the hang of it and you are right. It's just laggy af
The framepacing of the game sucks, even with a fairly powerful computer, the optimization is garbage.
Never played skate, but how do the controls map in that game?
Actually I'm still surprised you just tap back once to make an ollie in this one, while you have to do a back to forwards in Skate 3.. with a lot of different position available on the way.
I guess this is just a first draft, and a lot of the movement/motions are placeholders.. and the char itself must feel a bit more.. alive and aware.
But the last thing they mentioned were they putting him in a motion capture rack.. or were that Session? To get stuff to look and work as expected.
