Can't Finish Mail Crab Quest
Everything I've searched online says there are only 3 mail crabs that I have to find to finish the first mail crab quest but after I've interacted with each one several times, I go back to the guy and he just says, "You standing there is losing me money."

I can't finish this quest... please help :(
