I love chill, cosy games like this with no stress attached. Life is stressful enough as is, why would I want to add more stress during my downtime?

You play as Koa, a headstrong and independent kid, who inherits an island. One day a mysterious creature arrives, and through your desire to help it, you end up travelling across the seas, where you meet and befriend a unique cast of characters.

On your island, you can expand and build different facilities to host animals and crops, or plant lots of different types of trees to grow bushes. You learn to cook using the ingredients you gathered and learn to build a lot of different tools to help you on your journey. You can also fish on each island, or out in the open seas. Using all of these skills, you can help the various characters scattered throughout the islands, building friendship with each of them and learning more of their stories.

There's also a fairly simple story that ties it all together, and sometimes you need to do more story quests to expand the number of islands that you can travel to. But all in all, you can take things at your own pace, doing what you please, as there's never any time pressure to anything.

If these all sound like chill but enjoyable things to you, then you should buy this game and you won't regret it. I know I loved it!

I hate that I can't change the key bindings... what is this, the middle ages?

Let me start with saying this. This is a fetch quest game. 90% of the game is doing boring uncreative fetch quests, holding w between npcs and your island. Some quests doesnt even give anything, you're just wasting your time reading dialogues and when it does its just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ reward. You just delivering an items from one npc to another when that npc is 3 meter away.

In steam page it says over 20 islands to "explore". Most of those islands are empty, you can explore the whole island in 5min. After that you are done with that island, there nothing to do more. Until some npc told you to go there for a realy quick mission, go get me 10 rock, go harvest my parents crops etc. after that you done with that island.
Also it says more than 300 missions, lots of them are some boring fetch quests. You could have made 20-30 good mission instead of hundreds of boring fetch quests.

3 mission type.Currently avaible, go talk to that npc to start the mission and progress further on the main mission to unlock this mission. All these mission are mixed up on the mission list its not even categorized. Locked mission can be way up on the list and you have to scroll 2-3 page down to see your available missions.

Sometimes you need to wait for your crops to finish for a mission. There is no seasons or something like that so you can just sleep through 5-6 days until crops are done. There is not much to do while waiting for them. Yes you can cut trees, mine, gather flowers while waiting. But there is nothing to craft with these items, most of the time you only craft someting when missions wants you to do. And if am not mistaken there is stack limit for items, after 99 you cant get more.

I didnt feel relaxed at all playing this, it fealt like chore.
