has basicly died, but now with the new update I think its a great time to mod Granny!

The current build of Granny on Steam (1.3) is the worst one to mod. The game is now built in IL2CPP and not Mono. To break things down, unity games are coded in Mono and can built in Mono but Unity has an option to build developer's application to IL2CPP which changes the code into a different language while the game is being built. When a game is built with IL2CPP, it becomes really difficult to mod the code and even harder to load new assets the only thing that you really even do with IL2CPP is texture and sound mods as they are still compiled with .assets and .resource files.

Mono is a lot preferable to mod with as it just the original code with no modifications.
