Won't launch
I get an immediate error message telling me it can't open in my monitor's resolution, and to change resolutions which I can't do since it won't launch.

Hello Syrin, sorry to hear that. would you be able to give me your monitor's resolution, as well as what operating system you're using? I might have a couple solutions to your problem.
