how to make a bridge

i got my blueprints from alcott and i've made 2 bridge sections and 8 bridge rails, yet i can't seem to progress in the quest

You use the first 2 blueprints to make one bridge base and 2 rails, then use the 3rd blueprint to combine them into a complete bridge section. Then you go back to Alcott and he gives you the blueprint for the complete bridge plus the 10 sections needed to build it.

oh i never got the third blueprint just the rails and the bridge section. and when i restarted my game, my rail blueprint disappeared from my inventory and the other bar. i think i might have encountered a bug

ok i loaded up the game again and the rails blueprint reappeared but still no 3rd blueprint

i found the solution by dragging the blueprint from the blueprint section into my inventory bar
