secret garden

I've recently been having a problem with the secret garden where the ant farmer will not appear for me and all of the other NPC's beyond the secret garden also wont appear. This has happened on all of my saves so i don't know whether its a bug or a problem with my game. If it is something to do with my game then please could someone help me. :)

You have progressed to fast. I got to factory before adding any more npc other then first 3 now i can't get back game is broken.

do you think i could fix it by adding another person to my community and then go back to the secret garden??

I fall out of the world when coming back from the secret garden to the factory area, i think i've levelled up completely outside of the happy path so makes sense that things won't spawn or areas become locked if you don't follow the logical path. I think in some of the threads above talking to people seems like the main thing to do to unlock rather than levelling up skills equipment, so i'd exhaust all conversations and maybe go back see if that works.

I have the same problem.I have tried various scenarios ; completing all missions and getting all hoodies with me - talked to all NPCs when arrive - still not working. the only thing I haven't tried is clearing all debris from earlier areas - I like to leave some behind for when I have 3rd level "eagle-eye", otherwise I have run out of raw materials to complete everything in previous games. I think it must be bugged...

Definitely bugged. I'm having a similar issue and I've already technically completed the game. I have a mission now where I have to go back to the shipyard but it's impossible for me to get there. I even tried loading a previous save from when I was already there and it won't even load.

I doubt that they are updating often and if you provide useful info i am sure they will fix it.

I am also having problems with the secret garden. My first run through I went to the secret garden and beyond and it was like I was moving in molasses. Went back to the sewers and it was still sluggish. Restarting the game sometimes gave me the white screen and lots of problems, so I made a new game and started over. Even with the new game, I still having the same problems in the secret garden. I also noticed that I didn't get the Secret Garden achievement, so the game doesn't think I've been there.

they reverted the patch, I was able to go to the secret garden and the npc is there.
