Questionable legality

So I likes me a decent lewd game with decent artwork like any good man of culture. It is an unfortunate state of affairs that not all nations are free of art regulation like the US.
From the screenshots provided on the store page, it would not be innacurate to say that the age of the character involved in these lewd acts is somewhat dubious.

With the lines between "loli" and not "loli" rather blurred at this point before anyone even makes any consideration of throwing money at this. It would be best to know of there is at minimum a disclaimer that characters depicted are of age 18 and above. As much as I appreciate a more modest busom, I am not about to land my as$ in a cell or on a register for some anime tiddies and I would throw that same line of reasoning at anyone reading this thread.

TL;DR

1.Is there an Age disclaimer for all characters involved in lewd conduct?

2. advised to be careful in regards to lewd content in a game.

It's fictional in any way. It having a disclaimer stating that a drawing is of consensual age or not is a ridiculous thing to rely upon. At the end of the day it is a fictional drawing that does not have an age.

If you think they look too young, then they are too young. A bit of text saying "this person is 20" changes nothing.

Lmao pretty sure steam just makes sure it runs then allows once the dev has paid their fees at this point, considering they allowed various games with crypto currency miners on them, as well as a lot of "troll" games/developers as they even called them.

As far as I know, there's no gates with Steam Direct. The game is still technically pending approval and could be taken down if our Valve overlords say it's loli/underage.

Key to Home features lolis with no sexual content and yet it keeps getting taken down, but this one has a loli and boobs on the store page outright. I'm surprised it's lasted this long with how Valve is.

I'm on the Meh camp when it comes to stuff like this.

But I just gotta say:

The more games like this that keep on releasing on this platform, the higher chances are some one who has alot of influence is going to start throwing ♥♥♥♥ at the fan and start making this more known to the mainstream. And we know what's going to happen after that.

Not saying stop releasing stuff like this or I'm against it. Just saying, enjoy this stuff while it lasts.

I have no idea how the law works around the world on stuff like this. Can they really prosecute people based on the fictional age of a cartoon character?
