It's very easy to confuce flat chests with underage- and steam suitably forced them to make changes and remove certain characters that looked too young. I'm in the Nekoclimax discord and the dev's had no intention of making a loli bait game. Also, the main reason I bought the sequel was because I liked the first game so much- I don't even like flat chests (let alone children, hint hint). I'm all about that gameplay and plot when it comes to the DSW series.
Also, it's nice to see that you can't resist stalking the profiles of the people you don't share the same opinion of, that's normal and mature behaviour.
