Why is this not part of the Marvelous Publisher Sale?

All the No More Heroes games are on sale but not this. I don't know if its the European or the American branch handling this but there shouldn't be a reason why this isn't on sale since its last sale was 11 months ago.

Yeah, it's pretty weird, but it is not the first time when all NMH games get a discount and this one does not.
Shame, I wanted to buy complete series (I know that this one is a kind of spin-off).

Yeah, it urks me when I can't get a complete franchise but what stinks with this is that it doesn't go on sale for the big Steam seasonal sales. Like whose responsible for discounting this title?

Who knows? Maybe they simple forgot it like updating the ports... These game eventually go on sale after some time tho, happens even with really obscure titles.
