low quality 3d can be fixed by editing SteamApps/compatdata/961490/pfx/dosdevices/c:/users/steamuser/Local Settings/Application Data/TSANMH/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/GameUserSettings.ini and changing sg.ResolutionQuality to 100.000000
It might also fix the cinematics in SC6, I'll try that next
I didn't notice any low res 3D, I'm on a mid range old nvidia
also Media Foundation fixed the cinematics in SC6, it's perfect now
I'm still on the tutorial level, I think I was near the boss, but then I crashed, I'll restart the computer later and try again, I haven't rebooted in days
not sure which one actually solves the issue, but it's fixed now
