Here's every secret from the RE2 demo

A view of what's to come
You can actually go outside of the building and take a small look at Racoon City when you start the game (most people didn't notice that). But you can only do that until you meet Marvin.

Big Bang
After you met Marvin, in the Operation Room (West Wing) you can find the Weapons Storage Keycard that you can use in the Safety Deposit Room to get yourself a shotgun.

A little bit of lore
While you are in the Safety Deposit Room, make sure to open Locker 106 and 109. From Locker 106, you can get a roll of film that you can use later to get yourself a photo. In order to get that, go into the small room next to the bottom of the stairs that has an Item Box, and there will be an even smaller room next to it where you can develop the photo.

Hip Puch #1
The code to the safe in the West Office is 9-15-7. Go left until you reach 9, then go right until you reach 15 and finally, go left until you reach 7. Then hit Confirm and the safe will open. It has a Hip Puch inside that makes your inventory bigger by two slots.

Credit goes to Dr.Moneybags for finding the code, I have no idea how did he find it.

Easter Egg Code #1
The code to the locker on the second floor is BIO. It's a short version of the game's Japanese name (Biohazard).

Easter Egg Code #2
The code to the locker on the third floor is RES. It's a short version of the game's English name (Resident Evil). You can find Magnum ammunition in it, but so far it's unclear if is there a hidden Magnum in the demo to use.

These locker codes serve as Easter Eggs, so they will be possibly different in the final game. These lockers also had different codes in the E3 build (CAP and COM which refers to the publisher and developer, Capcom).

Hip Pouch #2
You can find the other Hip Puch on the third floor on a desk in the room where the C4 is (right before you enter the library).

Medallion Puzzle #1
You can find this by going down on the library stairs and immediately turning left and going through the door. The solution to it is the following: Bird, Women, Harp.

Medallion Puzzle #2
You can either get to this puzzle after exiting the Library using the Spade Key door or by going to it right when you start the game. The solution to it is the following: Crown, Lion, Ram.

If you decide to go to the second medallion right at the start of the game, you can actually put the medallion into its socket in the Main Hall. But there are three sockets and you can only find two in the demo. Also, the game triggers a dialogue between Leon and Marvin when you reach the library, so when you'll go back to the Main Hall again, the demo will end. This means that there's no way to put the second medallion into its socket because in order to do that, first, you have to go through the library.

I litterally stopped picking items up and just ran around the building looking at ♥♥♥♥ for the whole time.

It was a real ♥♥♥♥ move to restrict the demo like this.
