fullscreen not working!
it just stays black i have to play with top and left border visible!

Make sure your resolution is set right. I had a border on top and bottom when i launched then i realized instead of being 2560x1440 it was 1980x1440. Set proper resolution and the borders disappeared.

i had just black screen in dx11 (just borderless working), switched to dx12 and now ok in fs. Try Alt+Enter

Hold down Alt and Enter Key to toggle between Windowed and Fullscreen mode.
