Seriously, you have NO clue.
The MM system is built on averages and statistical matchups...which is all you really can do.
What YOU are angry about (and what IS frustrating) is that people don't always PLAY to their level. They might be playing a different hero in a different role. Might have been drinking. May have been carried by their friends in other matches, but aren't that good in random matches, etc., etc., etc.
PEOPLE are the issue in the matches:
Quitting
Raging
AFK
Trolling
Even if the match is civil and people are playing to their skill level...ONE team is going to get the edge...ONE team is going to make more mistakes...and thus ONE team is going to win.
People, like YOU, can't seem to accept losses. Period. That's a far bigger issue.
Don't slam the MM system which is actually working well.
No, good players can smurf, get the edge on others and get fed. Quickly. And that then snowballs.
Bad players aren't just not good at the game. The worst thing is that they repeatedly make the same mistakes, push too far, don't ward, become targets for ganks, which makes it seem like they are somehow too good.
Really good players can just shred average or poor players.
Ok, if it's that obvious, I hoped you opened a ticket with Omeda support and provided them with all the details (match ID, played ID, rough idea when it happened, etc.), rather than just come on the forum and complain about it...which is mostly pointless.
