Massive Frame Drops

Has anyone else been experiencing this since the Kira patch? My last game was like a slideshow at times.

Yes same here and I'm running on a more then capable system for this and any other game out right now.

I've found that lowering the 3d resolution setting brings my framerate right back up. I did also update my drivers, but the game still says they're outdated despite working fine from day one. Be careful: updating nvidia drivers broke Easy Anti-Cheat, and the install folder wasn't in the Predecessor directory, so I had to reinstall the whole game and roll back driver updates.
That's the benefit of my experience messing around with settings, hope it works and/ or saves you some time.

So my framerate drops only occur intermittently. I still manage really high frames during 90% of the game but the other 10% it stutters really bad. Ill go from have 120+frames down to 30-40 in a 3-5 second interval and its never consistently at the same times. For example its not always during a team fight, or during a 1v1, it can happen at any time even when I'm by myself in lane farming minions. That and lately my ping has been spiking randomly aswell. Ill go from 30-40ping to 400+ in the middle of a fight, just to die. My teammates seem to have the same issues at the same time when it comes to ping. It's like its server sided for sure.

i had this happen the other day as well, seemingly teleported to the side when walking lol. not sure why, buts it's not to terribly often, but goes from 140-160 frames to like a random 10-30 for a milisecond

Same experience here. I don't even want to log in anymore. My game freezes nearly every time I see a new ability or particle effect when I log in. I was having fun playing this game and now I don't see any point to playing when I have to deal with severe frame drops

don't know how it was before but yes i too got some stutters out of nowhere sometimes.

I'd recommend dropping your 3D Resolution setting: start by dropping it very low, see if that helps, then try increasing it to balance between performance and graphics.
That often helped me out when patches messed me up.

This problem occurs since A year and half they will never fix it but switching over properties on -dx11 can help
