Mouse Cursor doesn't lock on 4K monitors

Just bought a 4K monitor. For some reason the game doesn't lock the cursor at 4K, and if I turn around enough my mouse will go to my second monitor and the game will stop recognizing inputs. If I set my monitor in my operating system to 1440p then everything works fine, and the mouse locks to the game normally
