Still pinched too thin.
There's still a ton of skins they got from the bundle of assets they have not released... Literally to just fluff up patches to make it look like more is happening.
I've enjoyed this game but progress on the game is too slow. They had a poor launch and are only just making up for it now.
That being said they need to start finding ways to bring in players (and revenue) to increase the amount of new features and stuff.
I am likely alone in the camp that says we can dial back the new heroes and add stuff or rework current heroes.
Under the hood changes for the next few patches planned
Changes for players visually/functionally
No role queue planned but perhaps role preference, no immediate plans as of yet
Blog post about the current state of ranked and future plans soon
Ranked is part of the core of the game, seeing how you stack up against something better or equally good, assuming you have the same or almost the same strength in your own team.
Key mechanic matchmaking, very poor to barely existent... how can you postpone updates to something like this, to future patches?
New heroes, with new heroes come new skins with new skins you want to make money again... completely understandable.
But then the question is whether there are still enough people who buy these skins when most of them leave the game frustrated because of the non-existent or bad MM
