Not played this game for like a year or so, but it looks to me that is still in the state that i left, unbalance, boring, lets just say Paragon was is own things none of this game will ever come close to be like it

Also to OP, game is far from dead. I can hop into a game in under 2 minutes of matchmaking at any time of day whether it be 2 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon

It's due to go F2P later this year, and they are releasing a new patch on Monday, including a new hero. That, along with another update (either before or part of going F2P) will EASILY sustain the player base, which is continuing to grow, until that time.

I've heard this "GAME IS DEAD" ridiculous comment for years on plenty of games I love, including Paladins, which is a classic "dead" game, that is still actively played. Yes, the player numbers have dropped on that game, but it's enough to keep it going.

Given the investment in Omeda and the continued activity of the players, I don't see this game fading any time soon. Plus the additional boost of extra players since OP has now closed.

overprime just officially die...i'm one of the playerbase ( 900 hours ), and come now to play predecessor just for continuing enjoying paragon.... So there are hope for predecessor maybe...

But for now, it's impossible to launch the game, just installed and crash all day long, probably because of the today's update i guess (hope^^)

You're posting this during massive back-end and server maintenance. You admit to not even playing since Alpha. It only gets better every day and they are hyper focused on matchmaking and balancing.

After a test today it plays worse having easier time getting kills, making it harder to unlock Heroes with the Amber currency and finally the 'flower pod buffs' that make no sense.

Geardo. Breaking the flower throws you into the air. That doesn't make sense to you? Exemple: Player throws himself into Prime, steals it and blinks back to safety. Another example: Player goes to break flower in order to not get Prime stolen but gets killed by duo. They are clearly trying to raise the stakes of doing buffs and allowing good players to clutch the game.

Good players? It is so much easier to kill enemies this patch lowers the skill needed.

I mean the red flags were there from day 1 for Overprime lol. Overprime players didn't start saying Predecessor was dying, until their game got taken off of life support lol. If Predecessor dies, I had fun with it, but it is still going, unlike a certain game called Overprime lol. Guess last hitting is too much for you lol.
