how well does it run?

I really want to play this game but not sure how will it run on my kind of outdated hardware.I have gtx1060 3gb,i3 9100f with turbo boost off and 2x8gb 2400mhz memory.This benchmark shows constant 60fps/high settings 1080p but it's just one scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX3qt_cAI_4
Does it run like this all the time or the framerate will drop in some graphically complex episodes?Is there anyone playing on a similar graphics card?
