I hate when the camera is restricted and I cant move it around.
Any help?

There was a debug mode allowing free camera on the PS3 version and it was the center of a controversy because of the shower scene.

As far as I know, no mods are availble for a free camera in this game and there is probably not enough interest for someone to make one.
