How to mod this game? (I got the files!!) PLEASE!

Hey guys, it's been years since I finally found Jodie's "outfit".
You all know which one I mean^^ 🚿
The mod was supposed to make her "wear" it the whole game.

But I never installed it.
So now I have two files that I don't know how to install.

The files are called:
jodie.dff
and
jodie.txd

Does anyone know how to change the models in the game folder?
(I would share them with you all if I knew how to open/modify these game files)

Sorry, I tried by google skills but could not find out how to do it. Can't even find the files anymore so hold on to those. There are a lot of youtube videos about it. You should comment on the top videos and see if someone can help you.

Can you provide the link maybe i'l check the files myself, also what API the game uses?
