At the time this game was produced she was still known as Ellen Page and a woman.
If you write about a person, use the most recent name they choose to go by. If you write about a title, use e.g. "Elliot Page (as Ellen Page)". Finished works don't need to be changed, but updating metadata like the Steam store page would be easy enough and the respectful thing to do.
