Original & Remixed (Chronological order)

Now, I have tested this, and they are the EXACT same lmao. Like ffs, when I first started playing this, I played this in the original order, but then I found out that it was a bit hard for me to follow the story because it played the levels in random. So I tried to play this in the Chronological order, but it's the EXACT same as the original order. Like wtf?

From what I have played, the original mode (where the story levels are all over the place) the achievements seem to work fine, but I feel like playing the game in Original mode is not as immersive. Like one level, she's a kid doing an experiment, then the level after that, she's an adult at a foreign party, and then after that, she's a teenager at one of her friends parties. It's all over the place and personally I do not like it

yeah this game is boring , but the obsessed gave me which i should perfect all three david cage games are painful too . . . .

Yeah. You'd think that the chronological order would start at the beginning when she is a kid and then end when she's an adult, but no. I felt dumb because I tried both options and they started out the exact same way, but yeah. It's a shame tbh. I'd rather play this game from the very start, and not have to jump around the timeline

Strange - I've never played the game until recently so don't know what original or remix are, I picked chronological, and indeed, it's chronological - she's older in every chapter. Young girl, to teen, to adult, everything so far seems completely chronological.

Something I'm missing? Or something broken with some game installs?

the remixed order is not the same, I've finished this game twice over on Epic Store and it is DEFINITELY completely different and shows Jodie growing up. There are a couple intro scenes, that take 15 minutes or so, that are the same. that's just how the game's intro is, but after that you get Jodie's story in order and it's much better

It starts with the prologue and experiment scenes, then goes chronological from there, hope that helps!

My reccomendadtion is to play crono order (remix). As far as can tell, it will all make more sense, than jumping around. Note, I have not played the original way it was designed, and maybe I was a bit worried that chronological would be lacking in something, but as far as I can tell, it's the best way, a smooth flow of events from start to finish.
