Now it's getting boring

I loved the game at first but now I'm just going around in circles and of course there is no map to help out. To make matters worse I can no longer kill the small toothy creatures that scamper around the place in the dark. In earlier levels I could use the arm weapon to destroy them quite easily but now no matter how close I get to them the weapon does nothing and they swarm all over me. I assume its a bug of some sort as I've now tried the same level many times and got nowhere because of this issue. So its off to my next game. I'll be leaving a negative review based on my experience.

Yeah, the targeting is quite infuriating. I prefered to sneek past them or run away. Depending on you dificulty, the trolls will even leave you in peace after one hit.

Just trying the game and I understand his frustration. Maybe I'm missing a key mechanic but the "sight" isn't helping me enough. I feel like I'm running in circles in the the dark in the artifact lab. No sense of where to go next, not really motivated to keep running in circles in the dark. Too bad, looks like the game has potential but why make navigation so hard so early in the game?

honestly the game was really easy even on hard and i think i had 5 playthroughs and never had the issue the OP had even on launch, maybe just a skill issue idk but he didnt have to be an ass to the dev who only tried to help

When you use "The Sight", Dark places become more visible . Using the sight also shows up areas of interest , where to go and important numbers.
