The wiki also has this How to Play guide[onestepfromeden.fandom.com] but I think the first link has you covered if you just want to know the different effects and icons.
Not curious enough to use google and search for this game's Wiki, but guy above has you covered.
Thanks. :)
Is there a section in that Wiki that specifically covers character stats (ie. the 4 stats in the bottom right)? I'm also not sure what all the numbers on the cards mean, but I suspect the bottom-right number is attack power?
I actually did search this topic on Google. I found a guide on Neoseeker that seemed helpful, but it didn't include all of the info that the Fandom one has (and even the Fandom one doesn't seem to include everything I want). The Fandom wiki was nowhere near the top search results either, which is why it pays to ask other people sometimes. Also, all of these guides are unofficial and I was curious to know if there was an official one out there somewhere.
I don't understand why people aren't allowed to ask for help or advice anymore without being told, in the most condescending way possible, to just Google it (even if they've already Googled it). Believe it or not, Google doesn't always have all the answers.
Are you talking about the 4 stats when you press start after a battle? Cause Im pretty sure those are listed in that first link I gave you. They aren't really character specific stats, they are changed by artifacts you collect through your runs. I think the only one that changes per character is mana regen; each loadout has its own starting mana regen.
Going from the top, left to right:
Attack DMG = Increases your weapon damage
Spell power = Increases the damage of every spell hit
Defense = Reduce the damage done to you
Luck = Raises the difficulty of battles(makes tougher variants of the same enemies appear, makes bosses more aggressive), but gives you better chance of finding rare spells/artifacts.
Mana regen = how much mana you regenerate per second.
Helpful note: all of those damage related stats are additional, not multipliers. I only point this out because depending on what loadout you have, buffing these aren't really useful. Spell power for instance, is only really helpful for multi-hit spells. Adding 5 points of damage to single hit spells that already deal 80+ damage might as well be nothing. Same thing for attack DMG, Saffron and Gunner definitely benefit from higher attack dmg cause of their free, rapid fire weapons. Terra's single shot weapon that costs mana to fire? Not so much.
And yes, the bottom right number on spell cards is the damage they do. The top left number is their mana cost to cast.
