Also, this idea removes the Terrable fight from the game, in favor of recycling other fights. I like the unique fights. If pacifist needs to be harder, Terrable could just be buffed in some way. No need to rework plot in weird ways.
"You must defeat the shopkeeper before entering the final world" or "All 8 pre-Eden worlds exist regardless of what character you're playing as" (using a shadow fight against yourself if you're not Shopkeeper) might've been interesting as Hell Passes though, the first of which would bring the difficulties of the routes more in line with each other.
Notice the achievement for killing Seriff is SANS seriff?
