For an example of another game, I know in Hades, even with the same seed, the game is randomized based on previous actions and has multiple different rewards randomly even on the same seed (although in that game, you can't actually input a seed; you just know it's the same seed because that game will freeze the seed until you actually complete a run in complete death or victory).
So it's very possible there's some various factors into how the game reads the seeds such as different actions or pathing.
32997125 was at first Thunder first battle, and I could get Double Edge before shop as Gunner|Manafire.
Now I usually get Minefield / Devour / Tremor from the first battle - flawless or not. Double Edge only appeared once again after about 10 runs.
Picking focus also add another layer of randomness.
It does kind of negate the whole point of seeded runs in a game like this, tbh.
