The only ones I know of that are similar are the hidden object games. There are a lot of hidden object games (on Steam and for sale in the PC game section of Walmart and Target) that you and your daughter might like but I don't know anything closer to Tiny Bang Story. I enjoyed this game much more because it was not just a generic hidden object game but also had a variety of puzzles and ways to find the objects.
Depending on age and interest (if you are looking for stuff to play together with your daughter), I found that my son also likes playing other point and click games like Monkey Island. Even though it's more difficult he likes being able to help solve the puzzles, find objects, and pick the dialogue options.
