SOS Sorry.. but.. it freezes!

I've a problem... And anybody I help me!... I'm most interessed in this game. The game starts normally. But, when I load campaign the load freezes.. deads.. kaput.. doesn't start.. it remains in load screen of the first mission (with trebuchets)!... I used the minor graphics options, the minor options in general... But doesn't run!!!
