The other two do what you said, though for sharpening it doesn't really help a whole lot thanks to the random stutters in the % changing...
And max level assembling might slow you down since the hit meter keeps moving behind the scenes between hits, so when the meter reappears at level 3, it's usually right at the top, forcing you to risk hitting the instant it appears, or wait for it to go all the way down and then back up again.
So, feel free to go all-in on sharpening and the other stats, but personally I recommend staying at level 2 assembling.
Can we max all the stats at some point ?
