Report a translation problem
P.S. The table outline disappears after taking an order from a customer to enchant their sword, but the table can still be interacted with normally (outline reappears after enchanting your sword I believe, or maybe simply after exiting the table). Exiting to the main menu and re-entering makes the outline reappear too.
That laziness aside, supposedly (since I've never done this) you don't actually need to own a rune pattern to use it so long as you know what it looks like. So if anyone wants to do it that way instead, a forum search can show you a screenshot of the hell pattern.
