For the devs: Maybe bring back the option to rotate the tongs 90 degrees? That might make placing nearly complete blades in the forge a bit easier.
also noticed i cant see the animation when heating up pre smelted alloy bars for as they get hot ive ruined 1 completely tho i tried another waited until it was at 900 and it was cooking properly it just wasnt red hot or anything even after i forged it a bit it wouldnt show the heating colours so i think its just a glitch
just equip the incomplete sword with a handle section, and it will sell, well I just sell them off by pressing U with the unfinished ones till its fixed ;)
A side note, if you guys haven't noticed, it's actually possible to properly aim your hammer and hit on both sides of the blade, effectively making double progress with each strike. Like this, you can actually heat titanium only once, up to it's maximum heat threshold, and it'll be enough to shape it into a sword before it cools down... Everywhere I looked, I saw people only try to hit the ingots on the outer edges, effectively denying themselves the chance to learn this.
