I know you can do custom FOV, but how do I save it?

So there's only FOV slider for the helmet/cockpit cam on the menu. For everything else you gotta press CTRL + K and then adjust it, but everytime I start a new race it resets. Is there a way to save these settings cuz this is crazy having to readjust it everytime
